1.Why is it important that the assessment documents your teacher shares with you, doesn't allow you “editing” rights?If someone in the team uploads the presentation that they made and somebody else changes it, makes it wrong and fiddles and messes around with it , then the person who own the presentation is going to be confused, angry and he/she is going to get the blame for it.
2. Why shouldn’t the shared assessment documents be shared with the whole population of the UK?
I think that you shouldn't share the assessment document with the whole population of the UK because, someone can hack it e.g. people with good computer skills and the assessment document maybe should be shown to the team members only , it could be private for anyone else who isn't part of the team. Also somebody else could steal your idea if you share your idea with the UK and they could use it for there blog or whatever type of work related to them.
