Scenario 1: You are working on-line collaboratively, including the use of forums, what risks could happen if you give out or display the following on a website available to anyone to see:
Personal information: You should not share personal information out to other people because they can know where you are and they can know where you live and they can follow you and they can be dangerous. Your images: Everyone can see your face and your identity and people can say rude things about it and it wont be nice. Identity theft is when someone uses another person's name and personal information in order to obtain credit, loans, etc. Confident information like banks details: If you share your bank details people can take money out and take your credit card details.
Scenario 2: At school we all use Google drive to save and edit our work. The Google servers save your work after every modification.
List all the risks you can think of if the Google Servers only saved your work every 30 minutes automatically? If the computer doesn't save the work every 30 minutes then if the computer crashes or has a virus or if some problem occurs, then all the work that you done the last 30 minutes will be deleted and you have to start again.
